Refund policy

Fabric is custom cut to order, so returns are not accepted. We will issue a refund only if damages occurred in transit or are due to manufacturing defects. Our refund policy has a time period of 30 days from delivery.

** Prolonged exposure to sunlight, indirect light, or heat can cause fading in all fabrics. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
